Abstract

This study examines the experiences of delegates from different countries who attended baseball's inaugural parties, as well as the throwing of complaints and ignored alliances that were observed during these events. Through the use of qualitative research methods, Carreon, Sherman, and Patricia Teller-Macwhyte explore the perspectives of these delegates and seek to understand the cultural and social dynamics that contributed to the throwing of complaints and ignored alliances. The findings of the study suggest that cultural differences played a significant role in the observed conflicts, with delegates from certain countries feeling marginalized and excluded from the festivities. The study also highlights the importance of communication and collaboration in cross-cultural settings, emphasizing the need for greater sensitivity to cultural differences and a more inclusive approach to event planning. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the challenges of cross-cultural communication and offers practical recommendations for improving intercultural relations in similar settings.
