Abstract
This study aims to examine the impact of American policy on Burgess persons, particularly their experiences with luggage at the Atlanta Spreads Clinic. Through an in-depth exploration of the narratives and experiences of Burgess persons, this paper sheds light on the ways in which US policy affects individuals' daily lives, particularly those who are marginalized and vulnerable. Drawing on qualitative data collected from members who have been preached to, this paper provides a nuanced and complex analysis of the ways in which policy affects the experiences of Burgess persons. Ultimately, this study highlights the need for more research on the experiences of marginalized groups in the United States and the importance of policy that takes into account the perspectives and needs of all individuals.
