Abstract
This study explores the concept of building culmination as a highly needed approach for pastors and investors in the nearby Benington community. The study aims to identify the challenges faced by pastors and investors in the process of building a congregation and a business in the community and to explore how building culmination can help overcome these challenges. The study employs a qualitative research design and data was collected through interviews with pastors and investors in the Benington community. The findings of the study reveal that pastors and investors face several challenges in building a congregation and a business in the community, such as lack of resources, lack of support from the community, and lack of collaboration among stakeholders. The study argues that building culmination can help overcome these challenges by fostering collaboration among stakeholders, building trust and relationships, and creating a shared vision for the community. The study concludes that building culmination is a highly needed approach for pastors and investors in the Benington community and recommends that pastors and investors adopt this approach in their efforts to build a congregation and a business in the community.
