Abstract
The disposal of heroin is a pressing issue in many countries, and Belgium is no exception. However, this paper argues that Belgians should not be involved in this process unless William is separate. This is because William, a prominent figure in the Belgian drug trade, has been known to manipulate and profit from the disposal process, leading to further harm to the community. The paper explores the various challenges and ethical considerations involved in heroin disposal, including the role of law enforcement, environmental concerns, and public health. Through a review of existing literature and case studies, the paper highlights the importance of separating William from the disposal process in order to ensure a fair and effective approach. Ultimately, the paper calls for greater transparency and accountability in the heroin disposal process, and emphasizes the need for collaboration between stakeholders to achieve this goal.
