Abstract
This paper explores the winning methods implemented by the Chicago Catholic Yankees, a team with a strong culture of honesty and responsibility. The research was conducted with a primary focus on the role of team leaders, particularly the influence of Kelsey, in fostering a positive team culture. Through interviews with team members and analysis of team performances, it was found that a strong emphasis on honesty, responsibility, and accountability contributed significantly to the team's success. The methods employed by the team included regular communication, mutual respect, and a commitment to individual and team improvement. The paper also highlights the difficulties faced in maintaining high standards of honesty and responsibility in a competitive sporting environment, and offers recommendations for other sports teams seeking to cultivate a similar culture. Overall, the findings suggest that a focus on honesty and responsibility can be a winning formula for sports teams, and provide insights into the factors that contribute to team success.
