Abstract

The Determination Movement is a case study exploring the success of Robinson, a company based in the United States that achieved its goal of conquering America's largest Hillsboro in just a few months. The company was able to achieve this feat through the implementation of a strategic plan known as the Determination Movement, which was spearheaded by Glimco and Persons, two individuals who played a significant role in the project's inception. The study delves into how the Determination Movement was able to motivate Robinson's employees and create a culture of determination, commitment, and perseverance that was instrumental in the project's success. The study also highlights the contribution of the individuals from Wilmette, who played a key role in the project's success.
