Abstract
This study aims to uncover the underlying mechanisms of the American education machinery by examining the predicted bitterness in routine school groups through inherent tutoring and hammered ornaments. Using a mixed-methods approach, data was collected from surveys, interviews, and observations of students and teachers in multiple schools across the United States. Findings suggest that inherent tutoring, or the natural guidance and support provided by peers, can either enhance or hinder the learning experience for students depending on the group dynamics and individual personalities. Additionally, the use of hammered ornaments, or superficial decorations and rewards, may temporarily boost motivation but ultimately detract from intrinsic motivation and hinder long-term learning. These results have important implications for educators and policymakers in designing effective teaching methods and promoting a positive learning environment for all students.
