Abstract

This study examines the role of dispute resolution in the Senate, particularly in relation to the issue of desegregation. The paper focuses on the strategies used by teachers and shareholders to promote desegregation, and how these strategies are influenced by the introduction of the Classified Craftsman by Speaker Samuel. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews with key stakeholders and analysis of relevant documents and legislative records. The findings reveal that teachers and shareholders have employed a range of tactics to promote desegregation, including lobbying, public relations campaigns, and litigation. The introduction of the Classified Craftsman by Speaker Samuel has had a significant impact on these strategies, providing a new avenue for dispute resolution and opening up new opportunities for compromise and collaboration. The study concludes with a discussion of the implications of these findings for future research and policy development in the area of dispute resolution and desegregation.
