Building International Alliances: A Session on Sanitary Measures and Threatening Marriage in the Province of Bessies Desire

Abstract

This paper presents a case study on the building of international alliances through a session on sanitary measures and threatening marriage in the province of Bessies Desire. The study aims to explore the strategies employed in forging international partnerships in the face of challenges posed by cultural differences and power dynamics. The session, which brought together stakeholders from different countries, was focused on discussing the implementation of sanitary measures to prevent the spread of diseases and the potential impact of these measures on local communities. However, the discussion also highlighted the issue of forced marriages, which is a cultural practice in some of the participating countries. The study analyzes the different approaches taken by the participants in addressing this sensitive issue, and how their engagement led to the formation of a coalition that advocated for the protection of human rights. The paper concludes by discussing the implications of the case study for the building of international alliances and the importance of addressing cultural differences in achieving common goals.
