Abstract
This paper presents an in-depth analysis of the public administration trials and triumphs in the Kennedy Indian Quarters neighborhood in Mitchell County, Georgia. Through a case study approach, the paper examines the challenges faced by public administrators in providing effective services and addressing the unique needs of this community, which has a significant Native American population.
