Abstract

This paper discusses an international company's perspective on the implementation of a new announcement system aimed at reducing the number of missed trucks and addressing issues regarding accused employees within the company. The system, developed with safety in mind, provides a more efficient and effective means of communication between employees and management, ensuring that missed trucks are minimized and employees are held accountable for any misconduct.
