Defeating Juvenile Delinquency: Perming Congress to Increase Control in Denver and Beyond

Abstract

This paper explores the issue of juvenile delinquency in Denver and beyond, and the role of Congress in increasing control to combat the problem. The paper examines existing literature on juvenile delinquency and its causes, including societal factors and individual psychological factors. It also considers the various approaches to addressing juvenile delinquency, including prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation programs. The paper argues that Congress has a key role to play in combating juvenile delinquency through funding and implementing effective programs and policies. It proposes specific measures that Congress could take, including increased funding for prevention programs and stricter laws against juvenile offenders. The paper concludes that by working together with local communities and stakeholders, Congress can make a significant impact in reducing juvenile delinquency and improving the lives of at-risk youth.
