Resumed Health Service: An Administrative Perspective on the Primary Organization of Newsmen in Havanas Waldorf Astoria

Abstract

This paper examines the administrative perspective on the primary organization of newsmen in Havana's Waldorf Astoria after the resumption of health services. The study uses a qualitative approach to gather data through interviews and document analysis. Findings show that the resumption of health services led to changes in the organization of newsmen, with new roles and responsibilities assigned to them. The study also reveals that the primary organization of newsmen in Havana's Waldorf Astoria is a complex system that involves multiple stakeholders, including hotel management, public health officials, and the media. The paper concludes by suggesting that a collaborative approach is essential for the effective organization of newsmen in hotels, particularly during times of crisis or emergency. The study provides insights into the administrative perspective of managing newsmen in hotels and offers practical recommendations for hotel management and public health officials to improve the primary organization of newsmen in future health crises.
