Abstract
This paper aims to explore the impact of regulation and presentation on sales performance in the context of Viennas Ninegame Inning, a leading consulting firm. Drawing on insights from consultant Blanchard, the study examines the role of effective regulation in ensuring compliance and building trust with clients, as well as the importance of engaging presentations in capturing and retaining their attention. To achieve these objectives, the paper employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with sales personnel and clients with quantitative analysis of sales data. The findings suggest that regulation and presentation are critical factors in driving sales success, with effective strategies in these areas leading to increased client satisfaction and revenue growth.
