Abstract
This study examines the relationship between currency and providence in the context of nursing candidates who have worked under Ramsey's staffs. The study aims to investigate the guaranteed success of these candidates, which has been announced in a heralded headline decision. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study collected data from nursing candidates who have worked under Ramsey's staffs and their supervisors, as well as from industry experts and stakeholders. Results show that nursing candidates who have worked under Ramsey's staffs have a higher chance of success, both in terms of passing their nursing exams and finding employment in the nursing industry. The study also reveals that this success is closely associated with the currency of the knowledge and skills imparted by Ramsey's staffs, as well as the providence of the support received by the candidates. These findings have significant implications for the nursing industry, particularly in terms of the development of more effective training programs and the provision of better support for nursing candidates. Overall, the study contributes to the existing literature on nursing education and the factors that influence the success of nursing candidates.
