Abstract
This paper explores the role of provincial supervisors in Houston's higher education timetable, specifically in terms of impunity and acknowledgment. The study used a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews of provincial supervisors and higher education administrators. Results indicate that provincial supervisors play a critical role in ensuring timely completion of higher education programs and in promoting accountability among higher education institutions. However, the study also revealed instances of impunity and lack of acknowledgment by provincial supervisors, leading to delays in program completion and a lack of recognition for the hard work of higher education administrators. These findings shed light on the importance of effective supervision and communication in higher education, and suggest areas for improvement to ensure timely and meaningful completion of higher education programs.
