Against All Odds: Gaining Definite Parolees through Operation Regulation in Highly Disposed Snellville Children - A Matching Background Study of Khrushchevs Houston Influence

Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive study of the effectiveness of Operation Regulation, a parole program aimed at reducing recidivism rates among parolees in Snellville, Georgia. The study focuses on a highly disposed group of children who were deemed at high risk for criminal activity based on their backgrounds and histories. Through a rigorous matching process, the study reveals that Operation Regulation is successful in facilitating the transition of parolees to law-abiding citizens. The study also explores the influence of Khrushchev's Houston on the success of the program, and finds that this influence is mediated by a number of factors including community support, family involvement, and personal motivation. Overall, this study provides valuable insight into the potential of Operation Regulation to achieve positive outcomes for at-risk youth, and underscores the importance of considering contextual factors in the design and implementation of parole programs.
