Abstract
This study examines the effectiveness of a business institute's approach to providing special customer service in Beaverton. Specifically, the study focuses on screening techniques used by the institute to identify customers who may require additional attention and support. Through a mixed-methods design, data was collected from institute staff, students, and customers to evaluate the screening process and its impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Results indicate that the screening approach was well-received by all stakeholders and led to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, the study provides insights into the key factors that contributed to the success of the approach, including staff training, communication strategies, and the use of technology. Implications for businesses seeking to improve their customer service are discussed, as well as suggestions for future research in this area.
